Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting capable of securing fire protection performance at minimal increase in cost and weight.SOLUTION: A fitting 10 is configured to support at least one of sashes 14 and 15 in a slidable manner in an opening frame 12, each of which is configured such that a face material 38 is held on a frame body 36 having an upper frame 36a, a lower frame 36b, a door end frame 36c, and meeting stiles 36d and 36e. In the fitting 10, a hollow part 66 in which a reinforce member 68 is inserted is provided at a metal meeting stile 40d of the meeting stile 36d, and a hollow part 62 is provided at a metal meeting stile 40c of the meeting stile 36c, such that a plate thickness t1 of an outdoor side wall part 92 forming at least an outdoor side width face 92a is set to be larger than a plate thickness t2 of a wall part forming the hollow part 66 of the meeting stile 36d.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
