PURPOSE: To reduce the number of parts and to facilitate assembling, by forming the frame of a fixation device with a electrically conductive resin, and enabling formation of the resin frame in one body.

CONSTITUTION: The frame is formed with a condutive resin prepared by mixing a conductive powder, such as carbon or iron powder, into a resin, and molding it. Since the resin frame can be manufactured in one body, it can be assembled easily and thermal insulating property can be enhanced.
