Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deep scratches though abrasive grains are fixed grains, and to provide an excellent polishing performance compared to loose abrasive grains.
SOLUTION: In this fixed abrasive grain structural body 1A, an abrasive grain layer formed by mixing abrasive grains 2 of 0.01 to 9 μm in average particle diameter with resin 3 of 0.98 to 19.6 MPa in 100%M, 19.6 to 88.2 MPa in tensile strength, and 250 to 1000% in elongation is put on the surface of a flexible and thin resin film 1 of 10 to 200 μm in thickness, 98 to 19.6 MPa in 100%M, 19.6 to 88.2 MPa in tensile strength, and 250 to 1000% in elongation.
