Abstract:

To support the cumbersome process of filing fixed asset tax returns by automatically creating information for the filing of fixed asset tax returns for rental businesses.

This fixed asset processing system 1 includes a storage means for storing information on the price of merchandise for which a rental or lease contract has been signed and information on which place the merchandise is installed, and a fixed asset processing part 20 that, based on the information in the storage means on which place the merchandise is installed, determines municipality to which returns for the local taxes of the merchandise under the rental or lease contract are filed, and that based on the price of the merchandise in the storage means, creates depreciable fixed asset tax return filing information for use in filing returns of depreciable fixed asset taxes to the municipality to which returns of the local taxes are filed.
