This fixed constant velocity universal joint includes an outer joint member 10, and an inner joint member 20 for transmitting a torque while allowing an angle displacement via a ball 30 between the outer joint member 10 and the inner joint member 20. The joint has a spherical seal part 70 comprising a spherical seal inner ring 72 partially provided with a convex spherical face 72a on an outer periphery, a spherical seal outer ring 74 partially provided with a concave spherical face 74a on an inner periphery, and a spherical seal intermediate ring 76 provided to the outer joint member 10, extending between the spherical seal inner ring 72 and the spherical seal outer ring 74, partially provided with a concave spherical face 76a contacting the convex spherical face 72a of the spherical seal inner ring 72 on an inner periphery, and partially provided with a convex spherical face 76b contacting the concave spherical face 74a of the spherical seal outer ring 74 on an outer circumference. The joint is provided with a cover 102 covering at least a spherical seal part 70.
