Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate signal reflection by constituting a microstrip transmission line by a series of connected lines provided with different widths, respective ground surfaces for supplying fixed impedance along the length and a conductive connection body connected there at the time of constituting it by an integrated multi-layer circuit structure. CONSTITUTION: In a multi-layer circuit structure for constituting a transmission line, a upper layer part is provided with a microstrip line 11 whose width is changed stepwise, that is strip parts 111 -114 , and the respective ground surfaces 131 -134 for supplying the fixed impedance are abutted to them, while imparting insulation by an insulation layer 14. Also, a conductor connection body 16 is respectively connected to the respective ground surfaces 131 -134 and connected to the ground surface sectioned by the insulation layer 16 which is provided on a lowest surface. In this manner, an interval from the ground surface is increased as well at the part, where the width is increased of the strip part, and the impedance is fixed.
