Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a cone intrusion test of high accuracy and ground sampling using a fixed piston.
SOLUTION: In this fixed piston sampler with a cone function, a cone part 5 with the cone function is disposed at the tip of a piston 6 in a hollow pipe of the fixed piston type sampler for extracting a sample from the ground by mounting a cylinder 2 of the piston 6 in the hollow pipe, disposing a tube 3 for extracting a soil sample in the hollow pipe, and inserting the tube 3 into the ground. The cone tip is inserted in the ground by the pressing action of the piston without boring the ground, and cone information is obtained by various inspection sensors arranged at the cone tip, or the tube is inserted in the ground with the cone part as the fixed piston to extract an undisturbed sample.
