Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fixed position stop device for conveyer carrying goods by which the carrying goods with different sizes can be forced to match their centers to a fixed position so as to be stopped during the carrying of those goods by a conveyer.
CONSTITUTION: Carrying goods A, B, C, D with different sizes are carried by a conveyer 1. A first detection position S1 is provided on the position equal to a half of the carrying direction size of carrying goods B in the upper stream side from a fixed position 2 and a second detection position S2 is provided on the position equal to a half of the carrying direction size of carrying goods D in the down stream side from a fixed position 2 and a third detection position S3 is provided on the position equal to a half of the carrying direction size of carrying goods C in the down stream side from the fixed position 2 and a fourth detection position S4 is provided on the position equal to a half of the carrying direction size of carrying goods A in the down stream side from the fixed position 2. The drive control circuit 4 of the conveyer 1 is composed by using a switch and a relay operated by the positional relation between these detection positions and the carrying goods and respective carrying goods forced to match their centers to the fixed position 2 and stopped.
