PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity feeding system for a fluid capable of precisely delivering a fixed quantity of the fluid without any counterflow of the fluid.
SOLUTION: This fixed quantity feeding system for the fluid is constituted of a fluid storage unit 10 comprising by connecting a fluid storage bag to a pump and a fluid feeding device body 1 detachably disposed with the fluid storage unit and having a pump drive mechanism for driving the pump. The pump for the fluid storage unit is a bellows pump 20 with two check valves 30u and 30d. The check valve is constituted of a valve base 31 having the downstream side surface formed into a projecting curved surface toward the downstream side and having a through hole and a valve element 35 overhung to the downstream side surface of the valve base and composed of a thin-plate elastic body having an opening bored in the center. The pump driving mechanism drives the extension/contraction of the bellows at a prescribed stroke dimension.
