Abstract:
To provide a fixed quantity supply apparatus of beverage capable of always supplying a fixed quantity of Miso soup, soup stock of Japanese wheat noodle, buck wheat and Chinese noodles, and dipping source for dipping noodles or food into a container automatically as well as at uniform concentration.SOLUTION: There is provided a fixed quantity supply apparatus of beverage comprising a raw material shortage detecting apparatus 40, between a mixed supply part 32 and a raw material beverage container 14, for detecting shortage of a raw material of raw material beverage liquid supplied from the raw material beverage container 14, in which the raw material shortage detecting apparatus 40 comprises an electrode-type raw material shortage detecting sensor 42 arranged in a supply pipe 16 of the raw material, and is configured to stop a raw material supply pump 28 when detection results of the raw material shortage detecting sensor 42 indicate that a potential difference between electrodes of the raw material shortage detecting sensor 42 is a predetermined potential difference threshold S or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
