PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt which is securely fixed even in a bolt hole in which shear force or a moment acts, and a fixing structure using the bolt.SOLUTION: A bolt has a cylindrical thread portion on which a spiral groove is formed, a head portion formed larger in a diameter than the thread portion, and a neck portion formed between the thread portion and the head portion.
