PURPOSE: To enhance the recovery of cut refuse by providing a dust collecting receiver in a downwardly inclined state so as to be adjacent to the cutting edge cover of a circular saw and recovering the cut refuse scattered at the time of cutting in a cover through the dust collecting receiver.

CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting receiver 5 is provided so as to be adjacent to the cutting edge cover 42 of a circular saw 4 to close the gap D between a fixed stand 21 and a wall body 24. The dust collecting receiver is mounted so as to be downwardly inclined toward the cutting edge cover 42 from the wall body 24 and the cut refuse falling on the dust collecting receiver 5 is guided into the cutting edge cover 42 by the vibration of an apparatus to be recovered by the sucking action generated in a dust collecting pipe 44. Therefore, the accumulation of cut refuse 31 on the bottom part of the gap D is prevented and the recovery of the cut refuse 31 can be enhanced and a cleaning time can be shortened.
