Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a sheet from being contaminated by offset toner adhering to a part of the thermistor unit of a fixing device.
CONSTITUTION: A tube 50 which comes in contact with the surface of a fixing roller 33 and rotatably supported to follow to the roller 33 is provided, and the thermistor 48 is arranged in the tube 50, then the thermistor 48 is pressed to the roller 33 through the tube 50. When the roller 33 is driven to be rotated in the case of fixing an image, the tube 50 follows to be rotated, so that the offset toner adhering to the surface of the roller 33 is prevented from being dammed up by the tube 50.
