Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a fixing means for a base plate and the end part of a belt when OA equipment such as a server computer is tightened to the base plate through the belt.
SOLUTION: An engagement part 4 at one end of a long arm 3 and the engagement part 7 of a connecting body 6 after being engaged with opposite edge parts 1b of the base plate 1 laterally from outside are connected to a connection part 6a with a bolt 9 and a nut part 8 and then a fixed main body does not fall along the length of the long arm 3. Then both the ends of one or more variable-length belt means 13 are engaged with two fixed main bodies and tightened by being wound halfway around the top surface, etc., of the OA equipment on the base plate 1, so the OA equipment 2 is never turned over on the base plate and neither shifts in position nor falls.
