PURPOSE: To improve efficiency and permit the use for a long period by the firm fixation by receiving the upper and lower edges of a pipe to be fixed and inserting the both edges into a core member and forming the annular projecting edges onto the obverse and reverse surface parts of a product into which a pipe is allowed to penetrate and pressing and fixing the product.

CONSTITUTION: A movable rod 10 which moves vertically is installed onto a press molding board 4, and a product 2 is supported to be positioned between the molding boards 3 and 4. A pressing device A is installed onto a pressing machine, and the upper and lower base boards 6 and 7 are pressed by the pressing device of the pressing board, and a pipe 1 is fixed onto the product 2. A number of small-sized pressing devices A can be installed onto the pressing machine, and at the same time, the pipe 1 can be fixed onto the same or different kinds of products 2 at the same time. Then, fixation of the pipe 1 can be carried out by mutually pressing the upper and lower press molds 3 and 4. Since the upper and lower edges of the pipe 1 are pressed, and a core rod 8 is inserted into the inner periphery, the annular bulged parts 1a and 1b are formed on the observe and reverse surfaces of the product 2, and can be fixed from the observe and reverse surfaces of the product by the buldged parts 1a and 1b.
