PURPOSE: To provide the subject device suitable for a rotary tiller, etc., capable of easily fixing or removing fixtures, excellent in durability by forming the fixtures to brackets for fixing claws fittably/detachably to a projected periphery capable of guiding fitness of the fixture on the outer surface of a claw shaft of brackets for fixing claws at its outward end.
CONSTITUTION: To a bracket 8 for fixing a claw fixed on a claw shaft 7 is inserted the base of a tilling claw 9, to the base of counter walls 12 and 13 and the tilling claw 9 is inserted a fixing shaft having a head, to the bracket 8 for fixing the claw is sandwich fitted a fixture 21, the head 18 of the fixing shaft 17 is elastically pressed to the side of the tilling claw 9 by a pressing piece 23, and an engagement groove formed on an engagement piece 22 is engaged with the tip of the fixing shaft 17 to control the position in a direction across the direction of inserting and removing the fixture 21. Around the periphery of the outer end of the claw shaft 7 of brackets 8 for fixing the claw, a projected periphery 33 capable of guiding fit of the fixture 21 is formed.
