To prevent oil from overflowing even when inclining the oil pan by providing a projecting section extending a upper side on a part of a wall section of the oil pan, and forming the oil storing chamber in which the oil is stored.
This devise is allowed to form the oil storing chamber by providing the oil pan 150 for storing the oil from the oil bottle, and the wall section 154 so as to be connected to the oil pan side section. Then, the device is allowed to dispose the projecting section 152 extending the upper side on a part of the wall section 154 disposed so as to be connected to the upper part of the oil pan side section, and to form the opening section 157 in the projecting section 152. In such a manner, even in the case of inclining the oil pan 150, since the volume of the oil gathering chamber is enlarged, the oil is prevented from flowing out of the oil pan 150. The device is made possible to increase the oil gathering quantity in the oil pan 150 with the simple structure, to prevent the oil leakage, and to improve handling property of the fixing unit.
