Abstract:
To manufacture a device economically, and obtain a simple and sure anchor action.
A fixing element is provided with a reinforcing rod 1 having a single or a plurality of circular cone shaped sleeve 3, and an annular gap is filled with a material capable of hardening. The reinforcing rod 1 is provided with a plastic sleeve arranged on an upper region of the reinforcing rod 1 additionally. Accordingly, a material hardened in the case where a shock load is applied, is pushed to a manufactured hole wall part by the circular cone shaped sleeve 3 so as to keep an anchor action.
