Opposed one faces 13a and 13b of a pair of flat plates 11a and 11b are projectingly provided with male screw rods 15a and 15b whose lead angles are formed in the mutually inverse directions, and the other faces 17a and 17b are provided with adhesive means 19a and 19b to be stuck to the bottom 9 of the device 5 with the casters and the floor face 3 respectively. On the other hand, the respective ends of a cylindrical body 21 is provided with female screws 23a and 23b corresponding to the male screws of the respective male screw rods, and the respective male screw rods are threadedly engaged with the respective ends of the cylindrical body. The respective flat plates are thus moved in the mutually approaching or separating direction by rotating the cylindrical body.
