Abstract:

PURPOSE: To fix ink holograph of a peel paper of poor wettability with a low surface tension by writing one the peel paper covered with a silicon film on a paper base material using a oily dye ink made of a dye or the like to heat the holograph thereof in a specified temperature atmosphere.

CONSTITUTION: A writing is performed on a peel paper covered with a silicon film on a paper base material with a oily dye ink made by evenly mixing a dye, a synthetic resin (e.g. styrene-butadiene copolymer), a fluorine based surfactant (e.g. lauryl fluoride sodium sulphate) and a solvent (e.g. ethylacetate). The holograph is fixed by heating (e.g. by dryer and extreme infrared ray heater) for about 15sec or more in the atmosphere of 80W150°C.
