This fixing member 2 (having, for example, upper fixing members 41 and 42, and a lower fixing member 5) of a plurality of wooden floor materials 1 to be laid in on the floor backing 100 is arranged by straddling mutual end parts of an adjacent wooden floor materials 1. The fixing member of the wooden floor material is composed of a material (for example, a pressure sensitive adhesive material 3) having viscosity in the shearing direction on at least the floor backing 100 side of the fixing member 2. The floor structure uses such a fixing member 2. In the floor structure, the fixing member 2 is arranged by straddling mutual both end parts in the lengthwise direction and the lateral direction of the adjacent wooden floor materials 1, and the back face of the wooden floor materials 1 and a surface of the floor backing 100 are fixed with viscosity in the shearing direction.
