The fixing metal 4 straddles the core material 3b of a roof panel 3 from above, the tip fixing sections 4a formed at the tip sections of the straddle section 4a are protruded on the skeleton side in contact with the skeleton, nails 8 are driven into the skeleton through the through holes formed at the tip fixing sections 4b, and the roof panel 3 is firmly fixed to the skeleton. Since the fixing metal 4 does not penetrate the core material 3b of the roof panel 3, the roof panel 3 can be fixed to the skeleton without damaging the core material 3b.
