Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent intrusion of subsoil water by attaching a resilient sheet consisting of a sponge impregnated with cement paste, etc., to the back face of an anchor mounting metal fixture for a concrete underground wall, and securing the metal fixture to the wall surface while an anchor tightening member is tightened.
CONSTITUTION: A concrete continuous wall 3 provided underground as a sheathing wall is secured to the ground 1 through a metal fixture 5 using an earth anchor 15. Therein a resilient water stop sheet 27 consisting of a sponge impregnated with cement paste or asphalt is attached to the back face of the metal fixture 5. The earth anchor 15 secured to the ground 1 is given a tension by a center pole jack 29, and the metal fixture 5 and concrete wall 3 are put in tight attaching. This allows preventing the subsoil water from leaking at the back face of the metal fixture.
