Before and behind the nip formed by the rotary heating member and the rotary pressuring member, the temperature Z1(°C) of the rotary heating member on a side where the recording material rushes in, the temperature Z2(°C) of the rotary heating member on a side where the recording material is ejected and the temperature Z3(°C) of the rotary heating member before reaching a part where the rotary heating member generates the heat satisfy a following condition Z3≤Z2<Z1, and toner has at least toner particles and inorganic particulates, and the storage elastic modulus G' (110°C) and G' (140°C) of the toner at 100°C and 140°C satisfy a following condition G' (110°C)≤1.00×1067.00×103≤G' (140°C) (provided that a unit is dN/m2).
