PURPOSE: To hold a peg in a friable material at high reliability by providing a pouch for housing glue for bonding the friable material to a hard material of a leg part and capable of being punctured, and a means for puncturing the pouch.

CONSTITUTION: When a fixing peg having a pouch 20 filled with glue 36 suitable for bonding a friable material 30 to a material of a leg part 1 is pressed into the material by bringing an enter point 14 into contact with the front surface 31 of a support material and applying suitable force to a head part 15, force is applied to a pouch 20 by the front surface 31, and the pouch 20 is pressed to the vicinity of a puncturing protrusion 21. As a result, the pouch 20 is punctured by the protrusion 21, and glue 36 is allowed to flow into parts between leg parts 1 to 3 and the material 30 of the wall and into small spaces 32, 33 existing between particles of the material 30. The pouch 20 is flattened by further pressing the leg parts 1 to 3 into the material, the maximum amount of glue 36 is allowed to flow out and distributed in the spaces 34, 35 of the material 30 near the spaces 32, 33, and the material 30 is reinforced by solidification of glue 36.
