Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure between a gear wheel and a rotational shaft which can achieve both strength in release prevention of the gear wheel and accuracy in inclination and deviation of the gear wheel.SOLUTION: A rotational shaft 2 includes: a plane face part 22 which is parallel with an axial direction; a pillar face part 21 having axial diameters varying in a first region 21a, a second region 21c, and a third region 21e when viewed in an axial direction from one end 2a; a first step 21b connected to the first region 21a and the second region 21c; an a second step 21d connected to the second region 21c, and the third region 21e. An axial diameter of the first region 21a is larger than that of the second region 21c and the third region 21e, and an axial diameter of the second region 21c is smaller than the third region 21e. The gear wheel 1 includes: a contact part 11a in which a side face 11 of a center hole 1a comes into contact with a first region 21a and a third region 21e of the pillar face part 21 and the plane face part 22; and an engagement part 11b having an inner diameter which is smaller than an axial direction of the first region 21a and the third region 21e.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
