To provide the fixing structure of a fuel injection pipe which does not bring on interference with other components, can easily secure the space for fixing, can suppress vibration, enables the reduction of the number of components and man-hours, can simplify a mounting work and does not cause troubles such that an extra bending stress is applied to the fuel injection pipe.

In the fixing structure 1, the fuel injection pipe 2 connected from a fuel injection pump 4 to a fuel injector 5 for fuel supply is fixed to an engine 3 to which the injector 5 is connected and a surge tank 6 installed in an air suction system so as not to generate a suction pulse is mounted. The structure is characterized in that a vibration-proof member 8 is mounted on at least one side face of the surge tank 6 and further, the pathway of the injection pipe 2 from injection pump 4 to injector 5 is set partially along the vibration-proof member 8 in such a way that the pipe 2 is pressed against the member 8 by connecting the pump 4 and injector 5.
