The structure for fixing the plate member and the axial member comprises a cylindrically formed part at a periphery of a small hole for fixing on the plate member, a conically concaved part or a waveform-shaped part that communicatively connects to the peripheral part of the cylindrical formed part, and a small-width groovelike step part having a collar formed at the edge part of the axial member. After both members are mated, the peripheral part of the cylindrical part of the plate member is deformatively reduced and pushed into the small-width step part of the axial member by jigs for completing the fixing of the members.
