To provide fixing structure capable of relatively fastening a bolt for temporary fixation without generating looseness and rattling, and to provide a protector and an electrical junction box.
A part to be fitted is relatively fitted to a through hole 21 provided in a fixing part 20 with the bolt 13. When fastening, a cylindrical body 30 passing to both surfaces 20a and 20b of the fixing part 20 is passed through inside the through hole 21, and a plate part 10 of a temporarily fixing member 40 is arranged along at least one surface of the fixing part 20, and a through-hole 42 provided in the plate part 41 is connected to the through hole 21. Since the through-hole 42 is provided with a lock piece for locking the bolt 13, when the bolt 13 is inserted from the through-hole 42 to pass through the cylindrical body 30, the bolt 13 is temporarily locked with the lock piece 43. When fastening the bolt 13 upward, the bolt 13 can be fastened after temporarily fastening it, and bolt fastening work is thereby facilitated. Since the cylindrical body 30 is passed through the through hole 21 of the fixing part 20, even if the fixing part 20 is formed of a flexible material such as a resin, the bolt can be surely fastened without crushing the fixing part.
