To provide a fixing structure of a solar cell module which allows areas in a surface of a solar cell module to be fixed to the installation surface side thereby improving the fixation strength.

A structure fixes a solar cell module 10 to the installation surface side of two frames 11, extending parallel to each other, through fixing units. Each fixing unit includes a first fixing unit 12 which attaches to or detaches from the frame 11 and adjusts its position and a second fixing unit 13 fixed to a rear surface of the solar cell module 10. The second fixing unit 13 is connected with the first fixing unit 12 thereby fixing areas in a surface of the solar cell module 10 to the installation surface side.
