To provide a resin fixture that is excellent in vibration-proof property.SOLUTION: A fixing structure includes: an electronic substrate provided with a first fitting hole; a substrate provided with a second fitting hole with a female screw structure inside thereof; and a resin fixture. The fixture includes: a head part; a leg part extending from the head part and press-fitted into the second fitting hole; and an elastic fin extending from the leg part.
