When an apparatus body charged with a circular fluorescent lamp is to be housed together with a shade and ancillary parts in the same packaging case, a fixing tool 20 for the package used in the packaging case is formed such a condition that a plane 22 having a hole 21 in which the apparatus body is inserted, at the central part, is provided, and a piece 23 which extends down and contacts the bottom face of the packaging case, is connected to the peripheral edge of the plane 22, and a partitioning tongue flap 24 is connected to the corner of the plane 22. The partitioning tongue flap 24 is tilted to the upper corner of the packaging case and the front end edge thereof (upper end part) 32 contacts the top face of the packaging case and both sides extend along wall face of the packaging case.
