PURPOSE: To sharply improve the product yield of wood material with wood pollution due to iron rust completely prevented, by providing a pulling-out part on a head part of material composed of thermoplastic resin and an inorganic fiber having specific wt.%, and forming a fixing tool by injection molding.
CONSTITUTION: Holes 4, for catching a jig in order to pull out a staple, are provided on the head part 3 of the staple with a main body head part penetrated, and the staple is integrally injection-molded. A staple base material is formed in a staple shape by an injection molding machine by appropriately mixing resin, composed of 90-50wt.% of a staple product such as thermoplastic resin (polycarbonate resin) or polyphenylene sulphide resin, and polybutylene terephtalate resin; and material, composed of 10-50wt.% of an inorganic fiber [glass fiber, carbon fiber titanic acid potassium, and silicon carbide] having a diameter of 1-20μ; according to a use purpose. This completely prevents pollution due to tannin iron generated by chemical reaction between conventional metal-made iron rust and tannin in wood.
