For inserting sampling tubes consisting of a glass tube 1 for sampling dioxin, the Pitot tube 2, a gas-sampling tube 3 for analyzing combustion gas constituents, and a gas-sampling tube 4 for measuring water content into a specific position in a duct together, the sampling tubes are installed side by side at a catch part 6 in a U shape for fixing the tubes stably. Then, by placing the pipes at the catch part 6 in the U shape side by side, a gap formed between the duct hole 11 and the plurality of sampling tubes can cover the gap.
