To provide a fixture for fixing to a shape steel capble of mounting a pulling tool, while preventing interference of the rod part of the pulling tool with a hanging bolt and a holding bolt even when a space between both sidewlls formes small.

The fixture includes both sidewalls 12 having a substantially U shape and having openings 14, a holding part for holding and fixing the flange part 62 of a shape steel 61 inserted from the openings 14, and a connection wall 13 for connecting both sidewalls 12. In the connection wall 13, a through-hole is formed for a hanging bolt 51 which is inserted in a direction orthogonal to the openings 14 of both sidewalls 12 and hanged. The through-hole is formed in such a manner that the hanging bolt 51 is inserted even when any one of a center position and a position shifted from the center between both sidewalls 12 is selected.
