To prevent the pulling out of a hinge part from a hinge hole by providing a regulating part for preventing the pulling out of the hinge pin part integrally with a fixing part or a hinge part at an interval shorter than the inserting length of the hinge pin part to the hinge hole and at a position opposed to the hinge part.

The outer side of the fixing part 12 with respect to a device body 1 is bent to form 90° downward to form a hinge part 13 to provide the hinge hole 14. The lower side of the part 13 is bent to form 90° inward to form an engaging part 15. One side edge of the part 13 is bent to form 90° inward to form the regulating part 19. A gap of a width D and a height H is formed between the lower side of the part 19 and the part 15, an a regulating projection part 21 projecting downward is formed at the inner end of the width D of the part 19. A height H from the part 15 at the lower end of the part 19 is formed to be equal to the upper end of the hole 14. The width D is a little longer than a width obtained by adding the diameter of the bending restraining part 8 of a leg 5 to the width of the part 15 and shorter than a length L from the bent end of a hinge part 7 to a tip.
