CONSTITUTION: A fixture for surgical operation wire disposed with push-in means 31, 32 to push from the front opening into the rear opening of a guide cylinder 11, together with a wiring fixing button 20, knots 18, 19 formed in a draw-out portion of a surgical wire 7 which has been inserted and drawn out from the guide cylinder 11 that can insert the surgical wire 7 and the wire fixing button 20, and further inserted into a wire piercing hole of the wire fixing button 20 from the guide cylinder 11, and drawn out.
