To provide a fixture with a top plate that can supply power to an electronic device from a battery, and can stabilize the position of the center of gravity.SOLUTION: A fixture 100 with a top plate comprises: the top plate 10; a base part 20 connected to the top pate, and comprising a housing part 25 capable of housing a battery; a power terminal part 30 arranged in the base part 20 or the top plate 10; a wire 50 electrically connecting the power terminal part 30 and the battery; and a caster 60 connected to the base part 20.
