In the fixture 20 for a boring machine 10 to be detachably mounted on a mounting surface 4 of a structure, a plurality of head parts 3a of rivets 3 are disposed to project. The fixture includes: a base 21 to which the boring machine 10 is detachably fixed; a pair of leg parts 23 and 24 spaced in the longitudinal direction of the base 21 on a lower surface side of the base 21, including permanent magnets 22 assembled to be magnetically attracted to the mounting surface 4; a distance adjusting means 25 for adjusting the distance between the leg parts 23 and 24; and a separating means 26 which forms a gap between one of the leg parts 23, 24 and the mounting surface 4 so as to separate the base 21 attracted to the mounting surface 4, from the mounting surface 4.
