Abstract:
To provide a fixture capable of easily opening/closing a sash electrically as well as manually.SOLUTION: A fixture includes a sash that is attached so as to be opened/closed in a frame; and an open/close device 3 that opens/closes the sash. The open/close device 3 includes: an output mechanism 521 that transmits the driving force of the electric motor 501 to the sash; and a gear 513 that transmits the driving force of the electric motor 501 to the output mechanism 521. The gear 513 is manually operable, and the gear 513 includes: a gear body 513C that is rotatable by the driving force of the electric motor 501; and a shaft 513A that is coupled with the gear body 513C and rotates together with the gear body 513C.
