PURPOSE: To provide a fixture which can prevent the adhesion of an adhesive material from being degraded even in a place directly exposed to direct sun shine, or a place such as a kitchen where oil is splashed around.

CONSTITUTION: The fixture is equipped with a base section, and with an adhesive member which is provided for the back section of the base section, and can be mounted on or demounted from a structural body, and the base section is formed into a shape large enough to cover an adhesive material 2 between the fixture and the structural body. The adhesive material 2 which can be mounted on or demounted from the structural body, is weak in nature against untraviolet rays and oil. The base section covering the adhesive material 2 is formed into a shape of a suction cup.
