To make the back of a mesh fabric visible through the meshes of this fabric and to improve ventilation to lessen swinging by wind by adhering printing ink so as not to close the meshes of the mesh fabric.
A flag body 1 comprises the mesh tarpaulin fabric. This flag body 1 is printed 2 with a sign of 'Safety First' in the state that the printing 2 does not close the mesh fabric and that the ink 3 of the printing 2 is adhered to the front surfaces and the half surfaces on the right and left front sides of the warp 4 and weft 5 of the meshes. In this case, fluorescent ink and light storage ink are used as the ink 3 for printing. Other mesh materials are usable in place of the mesh tarpaulin fabric. The obstructions on the back side of the flag body 1 are made visible through the mesh fabric by comprising the flag body 1 in such a manner. Since the flag body hardly receives a wind pressure, a weak support suffices. A high display effect and advertisement effect, such as ease of legibleness not only from the front but from a lateral diagonal direction as well are obtainable.
