Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient production method of a flaky graphite dispersion in which flaky graphite with small number of laminated graphene are dispersed.SOLUTION: A production method of a flaky graphite dispersion includes: a step of dissolving an alkali metal in a mixed solution of THF and an aromatic hydrocarbon in an inert gas atmosphere; a step of preparing an alkali metal-THF-GIC in which the alkali metal and THF are intercalated between graphene layers by adding raw material graphite to the solution in which the alkali metal is dissolved and stirring; a step of adding a polar aprotic solvent to the alkali metal-THF-GIC; and a step of obtaining the flaky graphite dispersion by subjecting the alkali metal-THF-GIC to peeling treatment in the polar aprotic solvent.
