Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a housing window or a detection element is normal with a simple structure without receiving any restriction to meet the standard of a pressure-resistant explosion-proof structure.SOLUTION: An inspection light source 34 is installed in the inside of a housing window 40 and provided so that light is irradiated to an area of the housing window 40 corresponding to a flame detection object range . Infrared light incident from the outside by a first sensor 12, a second sensor 14, and a third sensor 16 and passing through the housing window 40 is detected and converted into an electrical signal. Whether the flame is detected or not is determined based on the detected electrical signal by a first calculation processing part 28 and a second calculation processing part 30. Further, the housing window 40, the first sensor 12, the second sensor 14 or the third sensor 16 are determined to be normal or not by the second calculation processing part 30 based on the electrical signal detected when the light is emitted from an inspection light source 34.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
