To provide a flame-resistant resin composition which is made flame- retardant treated in a high level regardless of a small amount of a flame- retardant without using a halogen-based flame-retardant.

There is prepared a flame-resistant resin composition composed of a base resin (A), a specific ring, chain and/or crosslinked phosphazene compound (B) and at least one kind of flame retardant auxiliary (C) selected from an aromatic resin (C1), nitrogen-containing compound (C2), inorganic metal compound (C3), sulfur-containing compound (C4), silicon-containing compound (C5) and phosphor-containing compound (C6). The flame-resistant resin composition may further contain a hindered phenolic antioxidant, a phosphorus stabilizer, melamine cyanuric acids, a fluororesin, a filler and the like.
