Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high decorative property and flame retardancy by using an adhesive film having a specified thickness for adhering an incombustible base material and a polyester decorative sheet.
SOLUTION: For adhering an incombustible base material 1 and a polyester decorative sheet 3, an adhesive film 2, particularly an adhesive film which contains olefin and nylon hot melt adhesive and has a thickness of 45-55μm is used. For example, a fiber-containing calcium silicate plate is used for the incombustible base material. Between the calcium silicate plate and the thin decorative sheet 3 having a grain picture pattern 4, a nylon film-like adhesive is pinched as the adhesive film 2, pressed, and attached with heat. The top of the decorative sheet 3 is coated with an unsaturated polyester resin 5. The top of it is covered with a patterning film and rolled. After the air in the resin is removed, the unsaturated polyester resin is cured, thereby obtaining a decorative sheet.
