Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology capable of stably supplying a desired fire retardant product having no bleeding of components caused by adding fire retardancy and exhibiting fire retardant function uniformly and sufficiently to a formed product.SOLUTION: There are provided a fire retardant polyhydroxyurethane resin having at least a phosphinate ester structure represented by the formula (5) in a chemical structure of a repeating unit thereof, which is introduced by a polyaddition reaction of a compound having 2 or more 5-membered cyclic carbonate groups and a compound having 2 or more amino groups, and a fire retardant coated film formed by the resin.SELECTED DRAWING: None
