To obtain a flame-retardant polyolefin resin composition which reduces seizing, foaming and formation of gum on kneading and molding, does not deteriorate productivity due to the water leakage of strands, has good decomposability of ammonium polyphosphate, can produce a molded article having good external appearance, and further has not only high flame retardance but also excellent mechanical properties, and to provide the molded article.
The flame-retardant resin composition comprises 100 pts.mass resin composition composed of (A) 5-87 mass% polyolefin resin, (B) 10-40 mass% ammonium polyphosphate, (C) 3-50 mass% polyamide resin, and (K) 0-5 mass% anti-drip agent, and (L) 0.01-20 pts.mass swelling clay mineral. The molded article is obtained by molding the composition.
