To provide a thermoplastic resin material having such properties that the resin material has high flame retardancy, in particular, when an inorganic flame retardant is used, the resin material is free from generation of toxic gas during burning or bleed-out of the flame retardant, and that even when a great amount of an inorganic flame retardant is compounded to sufficiently increase the flame retardancy of the thermoplastic resin, the resin material has excellent flexibility and elongation characteristics as well as high flame retardancy while maintaining excellent mechanical performances of the resin (wear resistance, heat resistance, whitening resistance and the like), and to provide a flame-retardant molding using the resin material.
A flame-retardant resin composition is provided, prepared by compounding, based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin component comprising 10 to 95 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer component (A) having specified characteristics, 4 to 60 wt.% of an ethylene polymer component (B) having a density of 0.86 to 0.97 g/cm
