Abstract:
To provide a flame-retardant resin material free from bleeding out of flame retardants and achieving flexibility and folding resistance compatibilized with various physical properties such as solder heat resistance, insulation properties, chemical resistance, and developability achieving fine patterns, which are required for inter-layer electric insulation materials, optical waveguides, printed wiring boards, particularly for photo-solder resists or coverlay films to be used for flexible printed wiring boards.
This flame-retardant resin composition includes a urethane resin (A) containing a carboxy group and an ethylenic unsaturated group, and a phenoxyphosphazene compound (B) having a cyanophenoxy group.
